EdLINKUP helps parents to be informed and enables communication between parents and schools on real time base using the EdLINKUP Workstation System or EdLINKUP Mobile App. EdLINKUP allows parents to have an access to their children’s school programs and progress on a real time base. Parents can access their children’s information in a single login access page even if a parent has more than one child or when the children are in different schools, as long as the schools are connected to EdLINKUP Platform. EdLINKUP helps Students to manage their education progress and programs and also allows them to communicate with their teachers on real time base using the EdLINKUP Worstation System or EdLINKUP Mobile App. EdLINKUP allows students to have an access to their daily schedules or timetable which makes easier for them to plan and arrange their school daily routines. EdLINKUP Page for the Teachers

This dashboard enhances Teachers to manage their daily school activities and profile. Teachers can manage class timetable according to the schedule. Also teachers can manage class Attendance, view staff lists, staff duties, class upload exam results, upload homeworks, upload study resources, and write to student or class diary.

EdLINKUP Page for the Bursar

This dashboard enhances Bursars to manage all finance activities that concerning payments and reports. Bursar can manage all financial details, including student financial records, class and all school’s finance details. Payment Report This area helps a Bursar to know the details of payment by filtering classes records, stream and term. Bursar may know individual report by selecting a student accordingly. Also in this area Bursar can add payment and or make payment for an individual student.

Confirm Payments Also, this platform reduces the movement of parents from bank to school. According to the area of confirmation code, parents may send payment codes to bursar by using the EdLINKUP Mobile App or EdLINKUP Web application, then school bursar will confirm the payment transaction. It does not need the parents to take the receipt to the school.

Payment Structure The bursar is allowed to set all payments in a schedule form. It eases the process of adding Items list, Setting Schedule Amount and adding a Payment Method.

Set Class Fee Schedule

This area can help School Bursar to set a fee for the class and stream by selecting a schedule.
