Tutorial: How to edit your Moodle profile

Step 1: To edit your Moodle profile start by logging into Moodle. Once on your home page go to the “Navigation” panel on the left and click on “My profile” followed by “view profile”. Alternatively you can just click on your name in the upper right corner. You will be taken to your profile page.

Step 2: Once on your profile go to the “Settings” panel on the lower left and click on “Edit profile” and you will be taken to the profile editing page.

Step 3a: You will able to edit the different aspects of your profile by filling in the various fields and using the drop down menus.

Step 4: Once you have completed the edits scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on “Update profile”.

Step 5: Your profile will now have all the edits you made on it.
