Service Level Agreement and training course fees

The changing role of the DBE and the changing needs of schools and academies means we are constantly revising the Service Level Agreement.

We currently offer 3 levels of support, aiming to keep costs as low as possible, as we are aware of the need to balance budgets in tough economic times.

Bronze: all our schools receive some core services free of charge

Silver: additional support Gold: enhanced level support

With respect to training, the services offered are as follows:

The capacity of our team has increased and we have also found some additional partners to enhance our offer. Please note the final deadline for membership is Friday 23rd October 2015 (October half term), after which we will charge schools the full cost for training courses.
