interface is similar for all our products.The software needs to be installed witha user key, which is generated for asingle PC. Multiple keys are provided asa charged service. Once installed, you

are ready to start. The first screen is theuser access screen where you can setyour passwordSubsequently, you will be led to the

level products, cities areselected. For neighbourhoodlevel products, the selectionsequence is city followed byneighbourhood.

One can select a state and aset of districts within it, multiplestates and districts within those,or all the states and all the

The parameters can beselected from the scroll box.One can select multiple

variables in one go.

OutputsThe outputs of the query are in two forms Results worksheet and painted maps(mapping feature is currently enabled up to district levels only. Cities are

represented by circles and neighbourhood maps have not yet been incorporated).

The worksheet functions like a standard spreadsheet and also allows you to savethe query results as an excel sheet. It further allows you to create graphs andcharts which are feature rich and can be saved as picture files separately and

used to add value to your standard presentations which may be in applicationssuch as the standard power point.

Actions on the query worksheets can beexecuted using the Tool bar on the right

Graphs, Print, Save, Cut, Copy,paste, advance query and sort.

In built ReportsFor those in a hurry and wanting quick snapshots, we have created in built onepage reports on each of the smallest geographic unit (district/ city) which displaysome of the data. These reports can be extracted in two ways. The first way is togo to the reports menu, select the district/ city desired and extract. An adobeacrobat window will open up with the report.On the other hand, while on the maps, one can place the cursor on a district/ cityand extract the reports from there

The entire data set can be extracted and used for various analysis purposes.

Additionally, a user caninsert his/ her own data intothe results sheet (say districtlevel sales data) andconduct analysis
