Our Proposition and Products

Wooden structures are Environment-friendly. Wooden structures are Energy Efficient. Made from SPF wood specified for construction from protected and

sustainably managed Scandinavian and Canadian forests. The structures are designed scientifically to be Weather and Seismic

resistant. Termite resistant; the base plinths are Alkaline Quarantine Treated to

mitigate termite infestation. Effective in terms of savings in time, resource, energy and money. Can be dismantled, relocated and Re-useable.

Our Proposition and Products

Being in pre-fabricated format can be done on site in 1/4th the time as compared to a conventional structure.

Promotes well- being quotient as wood breathes. Supplements renewable energy, water conservation and management

propositions as added advantages. The cost of the wooden structure differs based on thickness of wood. A

36 mm structure may cost 2,500INR + the logistics and the installation cost which is 15 to 20% of the basic cost .

We have a conditional buy back arrangement.

Our Proposition and Products

It may take for a big project 4 months from date of order and 2 months on site. Wood is considered as an environmental healing material . Hence wooden cottages take

a resort to the level of An Eco Resort / Green Resort/ Well- Being Resort Usage/ Revenue generation starts from the 5thmonth . The architectural, design, production, execution and after sales are all woven in one

proposition The cost of material is app. 85% , which is recoverable. No water is used Trees are grown and harvested in sustainable forests without disturbing the ecology The use of harsh/ toxic materials is insignificant in the proposition. You save water , time, well-being and other resources which are not accounted for . It may take for a big project in wooden format ...

We have completed an eco resort in Vaishali, Bihar and in development stage at Indore and a resort at COORG in tie-up with Arch Abdul Hameed.

We are being explored by a representation from Bhutan Tourism for making eco resort in the beautiful valley

of Thimpu.
