This very compact unit is an easy plug-and-play solution for the management of UV flexo ink. The system is equipped with 20 built-in ink tanks complete with agitators and with a capacity ranging from 6 to 20 ltr. It features a unique center point dispensing system and it is run by electric power only.
This simple maintenance design, features a row of self cleaning dispensing valves moving left to right on a linear motion. It can handle up to 20 components with single point dispensing valves and super high accuracy. Both piston and pressure plate pumps can be used to transfer o�set or UV o�set inks to the dispensing head. The UV Flexo configuration will use double diaphragm pneumatic pumps.
