Yes! As part of your onboarding process, the HQ team will provide you instructions on how to format your data to transfer it to HQ. You can transfer data to HQ either through an excel upload or through integrating with our API. Our data optimization team can help with data cleanup and upload. There is also a step-by-step tutorial online showing you how to transfer the data via an excel file.

Yes! We have a lead and participant API. This means your tech team can create a connection between HQ and any other softwares you use. If you don’t have a tech staff, the HQ development team is happy to assist you with the integration. All projects completed by the HQ tech staff will be quoted and billed on an hourly basis.

The process a participant would go through is: complete an application on your website, receive automated personalized emails from you, gain access to their portal on your website, login and complete all steps, and go for your program! It is convenient and easy for the participants to track their progress throughout the application process.

HQ is easy to use! Our intuitive design helps your team be successful each day. All staff members are able to have an individualized account to access GoAbroad HQ anywhere in the world. You define what level of access each staff member receives. You can protect your information by selecting which individuals have access to specific parts of your HQ account.

How do I create reports?

Step 1 Decide what questions you want to ask the system. For example, how many participants did I have in Spring 2016?

Step 4 HQ shows you a list of all data that meets your criteria

How does email linking work?

Are we able to send out

automatic customized emails?

We sync your email using IMAPing. Simply speaking, HQ logs into your email inbox, scans it on a daily basis and add records of any emails to or from the address in HQ system. For example, any lead, contact or participant record that has ever appeared in your HQ system all your emails to and from them will be tracked. You can choose not to sync the emails by BCCing yourself when you send the email.

Yes! There are two features which allow you to send automatic emails.

Activity Scheduler: This allows you to schedule automated emails to send to a specific segment. For example, send a Bon Voyage email to all participants going to France 3 days before their program start date.

Email from a Report: You can easily run a report to generate a list of people. From there you can send out a customized email to the whole list.
