You must be a full member of AIESEC in Abuja. The

official term for 16.17 will start on the 1st April 2016 and will end December 31st 2016.

Transition for the EB will start in March 2016 until April 2016.

APPLICATION DETAILS

In this application, Please feel free to use your creativity however you want in designing your application form.

This process has been designed to help you standout and express yourself, making sure it reflects you and your

personality, I urge you to be very realistic in your answers as every detail is very important in decision of the local

plenary.

This application is divided into 4 parts;

Manifesto and Year Plan: A document detailing your vision for AIESEC Abuja in the 16.17 term, and your plan of

action to achieve that vision. This plan should contain details of actions steps; focus areas, strategic initiatives in those

focus areas and specific numerical targets.

Curriculum vitae: List relevant personal, professional and AIESEC experience that you need us to be aware of.

EB Questionnaire: This is divided into several parts, candidates are to answer all questions clearly and convincingly,

making no alterations to the questions or the order of the questions, all questions related to the position you are

applying for should be answered.

Endorsement Letter: 1 endorsement from someone that led you in AIESEC Abuja. NB: Endorsements must be dully

signed by endorsing parties.

APPLICATION TIMELINE

Application Opening–16th March, 2016 Application Submission Deadline–All dully completed applications must

be submitted latest by Monday 28, March 2016 at 23:59:59 GMT+1. Late applications will not be considered for any

reason whatsoever, you are advised to submit at least a day before the deadline so that your application can be reviewed,

and in case of any corrections you can very easily make them and resubmit before the deadline. After the deadline any

incomplete application will be rejected and the applicant removed from the process.

Interviews, Review and Selections –The review process will consist of several written tests, an oral interview with

members of the electoral review board, manifesto presentation to the general plenary, question and answer session with

the plenary and then final voting. This entire process might span about 3 days and a date for it will be fixed at the close

of the application.

All applications can be designed in any format but converted to PDF, put in a zipped folder and submitted (In all we

will be expecting 4 PDF documents which are Manifesto and Year plan, Curriculum Vitae, Questionnaire, 1

endorsement letters).

LCVP Outgoing Exchange (OGX) 1. Please analyse current GCDP EP Delivery Flow. What changes in the process would you propose to

ensure LC’s have efficient recruitments? What kind of influence would these changes bring for our

delivery rate and time?

2. Evaluate the Northern universities and grade them according to their level of maturity in terms of

initiating SU and probably Expansions.

3. What is your proposal to keep a better EP tracking for EPs after Realization?

4. What Segment of the market will you target in 2016? Describe in a tabulated form your Expansion

plan/strategy for AIESEC Abuja and how it will synergize in creating multiple Experiences for our entity as

we thrive towards AIESEC 2020 using Global Goals?

5. What should be the growth strategies of OGX program for the next term? Please keep in mind program

bottlenecks as well as external (market) and internal (global) trends. Include the perspective of front and

back office support. Think of at least 3 strategies.

6. Design a project document explaining in details major strategies and campaigns that you will

implement in the SUs, putting exchange numbers and University relations in consideration.

LCVP Marketing and Communication 1. Do you think AIESEC Abuja is at its best in PR and Communication? If No, What are the areas in which

there are lack and please do mention some of the innovations that can improve IM? Otherwise, if your

response is Yes, Do identify the areas which have made IM at its best and give reasons why you think so.

2. What best platform can we use to communicate AIESEC Abuja to the society? Suggest also what other

communication channel can be used to develop Talent capacity for AIESEC Abuja. 3. Please design a

sample of newsletter and wiki using aiesec.net (be innovative in creating the newsletter and wiki to our

local content)

5. A big part of your role is to use the Information Management platform to generate income for AIESEC
