Citrus Sunshine SmoothieIngredients

1 clementine or tangerine, peeled and seeds removed1 orange, peeled and seeds removed½ tablespoon orange blossom honey2 drops Orange Vitality™ essential oil2 drops Tangerine Vitality essential oil1 scoop Slique Shake (optional)4 ounces plain Greek yogurt4 ounces crushed ice

Instructions

Place everything in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.

Serve immediately.

Mango Berry Smoothie Bowl RecipeIngredients

1 scoop Vanilla Spice Pure Protein Complete™½ cup almond milk1 cup frozen mango chunks½ cup frozen strawberries½ cup frozen raspberries¼ cup plain Greek yogurt2 drops Grapefruit Vitality™ essential oilToppings of your choice

Instructions

Blend all ingredients except toppings in a blender.If needed, add more milk or water until mixture is well blended and smooth.

Separate into two bowls and garnish with your choice of tasty toppings. We love bananas, strawberries, Organic Dried Wolfberries, crumbled Slique® Bars, and chia seeds.

Baked Cinnamon-Walnut Pears Ingredients

2 large ripe pears¼ cup crushed walnuts2 tablespoons of honey3 drops Cinnamon Bark Vitality™¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.Cut pears in half, horizontally.Scoop out core.Place on baking sheet.Combine walnuts, honey, and Cinnamon Bark Vitality™ in a bowl.Stuff each pair half with mixture.Top with honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Bake 30 minutes.Let cool slightly, then dig into festive fall treat!
