ITS ManufacturingITS Manufacturing• Manufacturing system based on Good Manufacturing

Practices (GMP) • Temperature and humidity controlled environment • Quality Control laboratory• 3 Research and Development laboratories• Latest manufacturing and packaging equipment, with

2011 investment of $500,000 in new equipment• Currently adding 10,000 square feet of additional

manufacturing space to complete Dec 2014

Page 47: E xact micro 10 photometer v4

ITS Quality ControlITS Quality Control• Material is QC tested during filter paper impregnation

and after final assembly• Testing is performed with water standards prepared

with ACS grade chemicals and Industry Accepted procedures

• Standards are verified by Industry Accepted method using colorimetric, titrimetric and gravimetric methods

• All reagent strip lots are confirmed to be match listed specifications

Page 48: E xact micro 10 photometer v4

Shelf LifeShelf Life

• Accelerated Shelf Life Study–Product is placed in 55° C ovens for fixed times that simulate 6 month, 12 month, 18 month, 24 month, and 30 month product aging. The material is then tested for performance to estimate shelf life.

• Real Time Shelf Life Study–Product is stored at room temperature and evaluated at six month intervals to confirm real shelf life. This study is repeated for every product at documented frequencies to update shelf life dating given to products
