Terms and Condi tions of the orant

'1. The project team SHOULD NOT change the topic ot lhe project and should not devratefrom the objectives of the sanctioned proposal. ln the event of any such changes,sponsoring will be treated as cancelled and the college should return the sanctionedamount to TNSCST.

2. Every sanctioned project is allotted with a Project code Number. Please refer thisnumber while corresponding with TNSCST.

3. The pro,lect sanction letter and the money will be sent to the Principal/Registrar ot the

institution v'/ith a copy to the Project guide.

4. The sanctioned project should be completed and the report should be submitted beforeend of APRIL 2020.

10.Anyone student of the project team should present and exhibit the findings before theexperts in the Seminar cum Exhibition which will be organized during JulyrAugust2020.

11 . The project model /fabricatior/eguipment are all properties of the council and thereforethese are to be kept safely in the college and it should be handed over to the councilwith necessary details and bills as and when required.
