2-stepped application process 1. Step project proposal: focus on the assessment of the project from the technical point of
view by external consultants (this takes approx. 8 – 12 weeks) 2. Step project application: after application recommendation and submission the assessment
with the focus on the economical data begins (this takes approx. 4 – 8 weeks)
After completion of step 2 a committee meeting of the Senatsverwaltung decide about the funding
