• Click on the ‘Manage Team’ button from the top menu and then the ‘Invite Employees' button. Enter a comma separated email list of 10-20 employees at a time, and click ‘Send’.
• Emails with invite links will be sent out to the employees. They can register their individual accounts to get access to the Company content stream and employee advocacy program, using the link in email.

Sharing Posts with Employees Method 1: Compose a Post & Share

• Click on the red ‘Compose’ button on the dashboard – add the post text and visual, check the ‘Share on company stream’ option, and click ‘Share’ to share post with employees. The post will appear on the Company stream.

Sharing Posts with Employees Method 2: Link RSS or Social Feeds

• Company content stream can be automatically fetched and shared with employees using RSS feeds or through social feeds (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
• The option is available on the Feeds>Manage Feeds link. For RSS feeds, first add the feed and then indicate it’s a ‘Company feed’
New RSS feeds (e.g. blog, PR feeds) can be added
using the field
Once feed is added, check ‘Company feed’ to send content from it to the
employees automa>cally

To remove an employee from the program, click on
‘Delete’.
Employees can be re-‐invited (invite email re-‐sent) using a link that appears besides ‘Delete’ on ‘Pending’

• Gamification: The first advocate to share a particular post gets 20 points. The second share gets 18, third gets 16, and then 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 5, 5, 5... Everyone who shares an old post gets a minimum of 5 points.
• Employees can also set company RSS feeds on ‘auto-post’ to their social accounts and earn points (5 points each).
