Onceyourorganizationhasdefineditsstrategyandstartedtoexecutespecificinitiativestoachieveit,youneedawaytomoni-torprogressonaregularbasis.Thisrequiresthatmechanismsareinplacetosystematicallytrackimplementationprogressandalertstakeholdersnotonlytoissues,problems,andfailures,buttobrightspotsandsuccessesaswell.Stakeholderscanthenreactquicklytoproblems,identifywherethingsarebroken,andcorrectissuesinatimelymanner.Theycanalsoidentifywhat’sworkingwellsothatitcanbesharedwithothergroups.
