As a member of the Regional Transportation
Board, I worked hard to secure federal
stimulus funds for our roads. I will
continue to nd funding for our roads andtransportation needs.

It’s important that we do not hang all of our
hats on one economic hook. Since taking ofce
in 2007, I have worked to promote Ravalli
County as a good place to open businesses and
create new jobs.
✓✓The Ravalli Entrepreneurship Centerwhich now houses the Bitterroot College
Program, Falcon Asset Management
group, Bitterroot Job Service, and Ravalli
County Economic Development ofces.
✓✓ Micro-loan program for small businesses
✓✓ Support for Community Development
Block Grants to help the wood products
industry
BUILDING HEALTHY COMMUNITIES
✓✓ The Mental Health Crisis Center funding
and construction
✓✓ Assist the Veteran’s Center in pursuit of
local, state and federal support.
GROWTH NEEDS TO PAY FOR ITSELF
✓✓ Negotiation with developers has secured
over $860,000 since 2007 to support Fire
Districts, Sheriff’s Ofce, Schools, and
Agriculture Programs.
