NOVATEK-YURKHAROVNEFTEGAZIn 2011-2014, seven ultradeep wells were successfully drilled in the YNAO with MD ranging from 6,500 to 8,500 meters.

The most extended ERD well in mainland Russia: 8,497 m long with 7,059 m reach.

Before ERD, a pre-drilling geomechanical model with wellbore stability calculations was made and regularly updated while drilling in real time thus facilitating risk minimization in harsh geological conditions, reduction of process time, and successful well completion.

The following technologies were used in construction:• Latest generation rotary steerable

rotation and circulation• Hydraulic reaming shoe for the

ARKTIKGAZFIRST SUBHORIZONTAL WELL IN THE ACHIMOV DEPOSITS

Project implementation since 2012.

In 2013, the first subhorizontal well in the Achimov deposits was successfully constructed, and in 2017, the well with measured depth of over 5,900 meters and a 1,400 m horizontal toe was completed.

Drilling rigs with the capacity of up to 320 tons were used in the project.

Use of OBM (both oil- and diesel-based).

Drilling wells with anomaly ratio of 2.1.

Contracts for the construction of exploration and appraisal well in the Medvezhye Field and Padinskaya area in Yamalo-Nenetsk Autonomous Okrug.

GAZPROM NEFTPRODUCTION AND EXPLORATION WELL CONSTRUCTION

GAZPROMNEFT- YAMAL Engagement in a production well construction project at the Tazovskoye Field during 2017-2019. Construction of wells with measured depth of over 5,000 m in 28.6 days. Record breaking well construction rate was achieved – 1,000 meters in 5.46 days. The longest horizontal section in the perimeter of Gazpromneft companies has been drilled, reaching 2070 m. The wells had the highest level of complexity, i.e. level IV: The Directional Difficulty Index (DDI) made 7.04.

GAZPROMNEFT - GEO EPC contract for the construction of exploration wells at the Leskinskoye license block during 2019-2022. Vertical exploration wells up to 4500 m A drilling rig with the capacity of 400 t was used for project implementation.

DRILLING IN NO RETURNS CONDITIONS

Engagement in a project at the Kyumbinskoye Field in Krasnodar Territory during 2014-2020.


Drilling gear was mobilized within shortest possible time at the distance of 4,500 km in absence of good roads and with complicated logistics.

Drilling of a conductor section using an in-house technology of air blowing.

A well with a design MD of 3723 m and a horizontal toe has been drilled 12% faster compared to competitors.

ROSNEFTCONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS TYPES OF WELLS

RN-VANKOR: participation in the Vankor Field project in the role of EPC contractor during 2014-2016.

Construction of multilateral wells and side tracks with the total depth of up to 2200 m MD and a horizontal toe of up to 1400 m.

Over 50 wells in total reconstructed by side-tracking.

In 2015, a 4400 m vertical exploration well was drilled.

JURASSIC DEPOSITSDIFFICULT WELLS

14 production wells and 11 exploration wells have been successfully drilled in Jurassic horizons and handed over to the customer.

Heavy drilling rigs with the capacity of 320-600 tons were used.

An exploration well with 1,412 m horizontal toe and measured depth of 5,545 m was drilled for the first time in the Jurassic deposits. Experience of managed pressure drilling (MPD) of Jurassic wells to minimize the risks of gas, oil and water kicks, hydraulic fracturing, and mud loss.
