DROSTDY HOTEL IS A BRIDE’S PERFECT WEDDING DESTINATIONIN THE HEART OF THE BEAUTIFUL KAROO.
ACCOMMODATION
FOOD & BEVERAGE
• Group rates will be supplied on enquiry and we offer 1 free room for
every 10 rooms booked
• Additional accommodation can be arranged with guest houses in
close proximity of the Drostdy Hotel – info will be given to couple on
request and this must be booked by the bridal couple directly with
the guest houses
• Welcome dinner/function on the first night @ R300 - R350 per person
• Wedding lunch or dinner from R400 – R650 per person
• All beverages supplied by the Drostdy Hotel – budget @ R150 per
person per event.
• Drostdy Hotel has a liquor license and therefore we do not allow
clients to bring any beverages onto the property.
• Venue hire fee of R10 000 will be charged from day of set-up to
actual function day
• Function cut off time is 23h00, however should the client request
a later cut off time and additional R1500 per hour will be charged to
cover overtime for staff and to cover additional staff transport costs
• Drostdy Hotel can cater for guests to a maximum of 100
pax, should client have more guests then additional
chairs, tables, cutlery, crockery and glasses will have to
be hired in and this will be for the clients own account.
• Drostdy Hotel works with preferred suppliers. Details on
these suppliers can be supplied by the hotel on request
and it is preferred that the client deals directly with the
supplier. However should the client require the hotel to
assist with booking and securing the suppliers a 10%
handling fee will be charged for this.
• Drostdy Hotel can supply the client with a fully inclusive
package per person on request depending on the
requirements of the client
• A deposit of 50% on confirmation of booking
• Full balance payment 30 days prior to the event
• Final numbers for functions to be confirmed two weeks
prior to the event
• A cancellation fee will be applicable should function be
cancelled 30 days prior to the event
• Drostdy Hotel does not accept weddings in peak season
from 1st December – 20th January
