All Hoof Baths will lose efficacy over time. This laboratory studydemonstrates how the Dragonhyde Dust outlasts other leadingproducts under identical conditions.

However, after 4 days of a 10%organic load and dirt contamination allproducts fail.

CONCLUSION:If a hoof bath is not changed and left for hours or even days, the efficacy of the product will decrease. Organicload and dirt contamination play a major role in decreasing the effectiveness of the bath (as demonstrated above).

Dragonhyde Dust is packaged in a pre-measured pouch. It dissolves withinseconds when tossed into a water bath andhas the same hoof hygiene efficacy as ourclassic Dragonhyde Hoof BathConcentrate.

Just toss and go!Simply add the appropriate number ofpre-measured pouches into a bath filledwith 50 gallons of water. The pouchdissolves quickly. Example use 1 bag per50 gal bath.

A Safe Approach To Hoof Health

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLYDragonhyde Dust contains no heavy metals suchas copper sulfate or zinc sulfate. It is also free ofharsh chemicals such as formaldehyde andglutaraldehyde. Unlike other types of hoof bathproducts, Dragonhyde Dust degrades after thebath is discarded and does not interfere with theoperation of a digester.

HIGHLY VISIBLE COLORThe dark blue color in the product provides a visualconfirmation that the animal has successfully walkedthrough the hoof bath. As long as the animal’s hoovesare dark blue, the product will not run off when exposedto urine, manure, rain or other environmental conditions.

LONG LASTINGTest results prove that long after 24 hours, Dragonhyde Dust with 10% and 25% contamination load consisting ofdirt and manure performed better than copper sulfate, zinc sulfate, formaldehyde, glutaraldehyde and benzalkoniumchloride. After 48 hours, Dragonhyde Dust showed an 80% efficacy, whereas the others showed less-and in the caseof copper sulfate, showed no efficacy. (Refer to page 3)
