INTERVIEW 1.What instruments do you all play? Lee: we all play guitar 2. How did you all meet? Jack: well me and Dan have known each other since primary school and we had guitar lessons throughout primary and high school together. Lee: I met these two in high school when I transferred in year 8 and i was having my guitar lessons with them, they were the first two people I got along with and we have been together since then. Dan: we all have had the same taste in music and when lee joined we all started practising together and realised we all sounded well together and took it from there. 3. What is the best thing about being in a band? Dan: The best thing about being in a band is sharing the experience with your best friends, other wise we wouldn’t have half the fun we have now. 4. How did you come up with your band name? Dan: to be honest, its just completely random, we used to have a group inbox and called it the slayers for some unknown reason, and then the p just stands for 5. How many gigs have you done so far? Jack: we have done around 20 gigs now, we started off playing some gigs in our local town and we have a regular spot in the queen Victoria pub on a Sunday night once a month. 6.What gigs would you like to play? Dan: we would love to be an act in festivals such as Leeds, we all went last year and the atmosphere for us was amazing, and we all agreed it must have been amazing to be on that stage. 7. Where do you see yourself in 5 years time? Lee: well I would like to think we would have been signed by then and taking our music to bigger venues starting a long career. Dan: defiantly bigger venues and maybe even a support act. Jack: which ever way as long as we are on the road to the music industry I don’t mind, because we will be living our dreams in the end. 8. When did you first realise that you wanted a job in the music industry?

 8. When did you first realise that you wanted a job in the music industry?

Jack: I think we can all agree as soon as we  picked up a guitar and realised we enjoyed playing it that we would never want to let it go.

Dan: I am a big fan of ‘you me at six’ and they inspired me even more when I started to listen to them in my early teenage years.

Lee: at the age of ten I went to watch arctic monkeys with my brother, and I realised that I could reach to that potential with lots of practise and I wanted to be in their shoes

9. What does it feel like performing the thing you love on stage?

Jack:  personally I get such  rush from it and it makes me happy to perform. Its quite a indescribable feeling

Dan: yeah that’s pretty much what I was going to say

10. Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
