North of Kennedy Boulevard is free on weekends and weeknights after 6pm. Between Whiting and Kennedy is enforced Mon.– Sat. 8am - 8pm and Sun. 1p – 8p. Between Garrison Channel and Whiting is enforced Mon. – Sat. 8am – midnight. Rates vary. City of Tampa Parking Division: 813-274-8417 Taxi Cabs/Airport Transportation Taxi rides within an In-Town zone are $3 each for 2 or more people. Flat rates between this zone and the airport are $25.
