How To Write Good Stories
Make your main
character come alive
It’s a good idea to base the main character on yourself, because you know yourself best.
Use action verbs
Don’t use too many boring verbs like
“was” and “were”.
Boring example
Finally, when it was Jessie’s turn to sing, she sang and it was horrible.
Good example
Finally, when it was Jessie’s turn to sing, she sang and it was horrible.
