Math: In math this week we will be working on Multiplying decimals. We had our Topic 2 Test on Tuesday, I was very proud by how hard your children worked and the amazing growth they made in math. How can I help? Find numbers while at the grocery story that our decimals and have your child multiply if you got 3 of that item how much that would be. Writing: We are writing Personal Narratives. We have be revising our Personal Narratives like crazy. This week we worked on making our problems more dramatic and insert more tension. How can I help? Have your child read personal narratives and talk about what they can use from that personal narratives to make their personal narratives better. Reading: This week we worked on understanding the character traits of George Washington, Paul Revere, and The Battle at Bunker Hill.

By just using a couple different clicks! Go onto sps186.org/teachers/klauer. Once you there, go to the very right hand side where you will see the spelling and vocabulary list. Click on the words “spelling list” and it will take you right to spellingcity.com. It is a great way for your child to play games and learn their spelling words. For vocab words click on “Vocabulary List” and it will take you to our Quizlet.com page.
