Introduction
‘The kit has been commissioned by NHS North West to support health visiting services in their delivery of the revitalised service offer for families’
Its aim is to:
1. Raise awareness of the factors that affect life chances
2. Enable communities to identify action they can take themselves.
3. Reveal unmet need in communities.
