newwalk-intyperentalcellarsforindividualuse,whicharecapableupto3,000bottlesineachroom.
ThesewinecellarsbecomeavailablefromApril1st,2016.
WarehouseTERRADAhasbeencultivatingbetterstoragetechnologyandexpandingourbusinessbeyond
traditionalwarehousing.“Safe-keepingandpreserving”itemsunderthebestconditionsrequirehigh
expertise,andwehaveacquireditthroughinvestigationswithspecializedagenciesandinvestmentsfor
ourfacilities.Capableupto3,000bottlesineachroom,thenewlyestablishedwinecellarshavetheir
owntemperatureandhumiditycontrollerwhichcanbesetintwopatterns..Justliketheunderground
cavesatwineries,weprovidehighlevelofenvironmentforowners;creatingtheirpreferredmaturation,
agingbottlesaccordingtothetermofmaturationneeded,andmore.Wewillcontinueworkingonthebetter

Sincethefoundationin1950,WarehouseTERRADAhasbeencultivatingbetterstoragetechniquesand
expandingourbusinessbeyondthetraditionalwarehousing.Wehavestartedrentalwinecellarssince
1970sandkeptimprovingfacilitiestomeettheworldstandardofstorageenvironmentwiththetemperature
ofkeeping14℃±1℃andhumidityat70％±10%,whichhavebeenreceivinghighacclaimsintheindustry.
Nowwehave4locationsaroundTokyo(Shinagawa,Setagayadaita,Futakotamagawa,Tsuzuki-Shinishikawa),
andthosespaceshavethesamepotentialenvironmentasundergroundwinecavesatwineries.Wehavean
onlineservice,“CLOUDWINECELLAR,”thatenablesownerstotaketheirwineintotheircellarfrom
onebottle.Totally230,000bottlesofwinearecurrentlypreservedatourcellarsunderthebest
