’ studded T echnicolor m u s i c a l boxoffice smash, will inaugurate the new B. S. Moss 1,850 Race­way Cinema, starting a reserved -seat exclusive Long Island en­gagement on July 12.

The Raceway Cinema is lo­cated on Old Country Road adja­cent to Roosevelt Raceway in Westbury, Long Island.

“Thoroughly Modern Millie” stars Julie Andrews, Mary Tyler Moore, Carol Cbanning, James Pox, John Gavin and Beatrice Lillie. The film, which won unanimous critical acclaim, is currently playing to record busi­n e ss a t th e C r i te r io n T h e a tre in New Y ork C ity w h e re i t w ill co n ­tinue to be shown as well as the new theatre in Westbury.

The new Raceway Cinema, con­structed at a cost of $1.2 million,

- features,.the Jatesfc^jyiiques in design and the most modern pro­jection and s ound equipment available. The auditorium pre­sents a startling idea in construc­tion with both inside and outside, walls slanted inward.

The boxoffice of the Raceway Cinema is now open for the ad­vance sale of tickets from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, from 12 noon to 9 p.m. on Sundays and Holidays. Mail orders are now being accepted.
