The ECM ModelObjects are linked to the Event – upon ‘Save’ an Exhibition Objects Record is systematically created and linked in alignment with the Object on the “Exh. Objects” tab. “Status” = Current Status in context with the Exhibition.

The ECM ModelStatus is modified by the user from within the Exhibition Objects Record.
“Current Status” displays back into the Events Record.
“Status History” is stored in the
Exhibition Objects Record.
“Selected” is the default Status upon the creation of the Exhibition Objects Record.
The Exhibition Objects Record is unique to the Object within the “Events” record it is linked, it then tracks that Object within the Event.
