Canceling a Plan10-day free-look for all states Insureds can cancel by giving written notice within the first to occur of:

2. Took or received a prescription for drugs or medicine.

Requirement #2 does not apply if the condition is treated/controlled solely by taking prescription drugs and remains controlled without any change in the prescription through the 60 days before coverage starts.

Accident & Sickness - – Pre-existing Conditions Are pre-existing conditions covered? If the insured meets the 3 requirements for the waiver of the pre-existing condition exclusion.
1. Pay & enroll within 20 days of initial trip payment/deposit; and2. Insure all nonrefundable trip costs & insure subsequent travel
arrangements within 20 days of payment for them; and3. The insured is not disabled from travel when premium is paid.
The waiver is not available on RoundTrip Economy.

Emergency Medical Evacuation • We will evacuate to the nearest appropriate medical facility if
medically necessary and/or return you home (repatriation).• If you are traveling alone and hospitalized more than 7 consecutive
days, we will transport one person, chosen by you to/from your bedside via economy transportation.
• If you are hospitalized more than 7 consecutive days, we will transport dependent children (under 18) home with an attendant.
