This is the Treaty of Velasco, which was signed by Santa Anna after the victory at San Jacinto. It was supposed to officially give Texas independence, but Mexican officials did not immediately recognizes it.

California, Utah, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, and Wyoming were later annexed with Texas.
Later led to the Mexican-American War, which established the border of the Texas and Mexico as the Rio Grande.
Later led to the Gadsden Purchase, which established the transcontinental railroad.
