Churches are different. Some are of great masterpieces of art, in which ... people do not can to pray. However, there are of sacral interiors , which literally threw on your knees. How difficult to find just such and not everyone is able to feel it in this way. The soul must be spiritually prepared for this, to the sacrum kidnapped her, and led to God. Is it worth to apply for such interior?
In the 'Letter to the Artists' John Paul II wrote:The Church needs art to preach the message that Christ entrusted to its. Because It has to make, to the reality of the spiritual, invisible, of God, became noticeable, and even as far as possible attractive.
Jacques Maritain describes the reality of God with those words:God is beautiful. He is the most beautiful from all beings, His loveliness is not variable, does not increase or decrease; God is beautiful of Itself and for Himself , He is beautiful in absolutely way. So the beauty belongs to the order of the transcendental and metaphysical. Therefore, it tends to raise of the soul itself over what is created.
You can replace the four essential characteristics, these are the virtues, which should have the interior of the church: distinctness, veracity, simplicity and functionality.
Which, from shown below of temples, meet these conditions, which "throw down to your knees? "

The Cathedral of Christ Light
As its name suggests, the Cathedral draws on
the tradition of light as a sacred phenomenon. Through its
poetic introduction, indirect daylight ennobles modest
materials—primarily wood, glass, and concrete.
With the exception of evening activities, the Cathedral is lit
entirely by daylight to create an extraordinary level of luminosity.
