Can packages be combined or modified?
A: Yes, every event is unique, we will customize our menus and packages to meet your needs.
What is needed to secure my date and reserve the space?
A: A non refundable deposit of $1,000 and a signed contract agreement secures your date and space. Availability is subject to change until receipt of both.
How are the payments handled?
A: We require an initial payment of $1,000, then 50% is due 30 days prior to your event, and the balance must be paid in full a week prior to your event. We accept checks, money orders cash and credit cards.
Do you accept payment plans?
A: Yes, we offer an interest free payment plan for your convenience.
A: You do not have to be Jewish to have an event at our venue. At Eden Regal Ballroom and Catering, we provide a vast array of cuisines to satisfy the plates of every individual regardless of religion or nationality.
A: No, due to insurance and liability restrictions, all food and alcohol must be provided by us.
Can you prepare Vegetarian, Vegan, or Gluten Free meals for just a few of our guests? Will you be willing to include a recipe we provide, like a special family dish?
A: Yes, we will gladly accommodate all dietary needs and almost any type of cuisine or recipe.
Do I have to be Jewish to have an event at your venue?
Can I bring my own food and/or alcohol?
Do you have a kids’ menu?
A: For children 3 to 12 years old, we offer Salad, Chicken Tenders and French Fries.
What is your guest capacity?
A: Our Regal Ballroom can accommodate up to 250 guests. Our Cocktail Room can accommodate up to 150 guests. The Grand Ballroom (the Cocktail room and the Regal ballroom together) can accommodate up to 450 guests with a dance floor.
Do I need Valet Parking?
A: No, being that we do not double book or overlap events, there is ample complimentary parking for all of your guests.
What if my guest count increases or decreases?
A: When planning your event, it’s always better to start with the lowest number of guests you are expecting and raise your count as you receive your RSVPs. The final guest count along with the final details and final payment will be due a week prior to the event.
At what time must my evening event end?
A: We do not have a time limit for evening events! Yes, that is correct… if you'd like, your event can last until 4:00 AM with NO OVER TIME CHARGES!! This is something very special we offer to our customers which NO other venue does. We want you to enjoy your special event and not have to worry about the time.
What are the sizes of the tables?
A: Our 72" round tables accommodate 8 to 12 guests.We also provide 8" rectangular tables for gifts, place cards table, etc.
How will you know which main course each guest selected for dinner?
A: It's best to have your guests make their choice of entree selection (Fish, Chicken, Meat, or Vegetarian) on their RSVP cards. You will then provide us with the entrée selections a week prior to your event.
Do you provide the wedding cake? Can we use an outside baker? Is there a cake cutting fee?
A: All of our packages include a wedding cake. We are more than happy to cut the cake for you at no additional charge.
Do you do off-premise catering?
A: Yes, we offer off-premises catering to the destination of your choice within the tri-county area.
Can we hold our marriage ceremony outdoors? What happens in case of rain?
A: Our Terrace is available for your onsite outdoor ceremony. In case of rain, your ceremony can be held indoors. We always have a “Plan B”.
