Useful skills learned in STSU 1100
Time management
Being a translator means reading, researching and writing before a set deadline.
Setting small goals and having a schedule is very helpful and diminishes stress

My educational plan
I’ll study the first two years of my International and Intercultural Studies program at Douglas College.
I will transfer to SFU and graduate there.
Then, I will study a Translation program, even if it’s not a Bachelor’s Degree.
How has been my experience in college?
I’ve been through so many things this semester like:
I can understand lectures in English :D
I’ve never had so much homework D:
I had to do library research
But I’ve learned so much from all of this :D
I discovered that some lectures are boring. D:
Who I want to be in the futureI want to have a degree and then work.
I want to keep in touch with those I care for.
One of my goals is to learn Japanese, French and Korean
I want to be married someday
I want to be able to take care of my parents and my children
