Service Cross Domain Integration 2 User Acceptance Testing (CDI2 - UAT) Client Vodafone GermanyDescription Vodafone GmbH is a mobile telephone company, operating in Germany. It is a non-listed,
wholly owned subsidiary of British-based Vodafone Group. Currently, the Vodafone Germany's network serves both prepaid and post-paid customers on GSM and UMTS (with HSDPA). Vodafone started providing LTE (Long Term Evolution) services, IPTV via DSL and VDSL connection, etc. Vodafone had approx. 40 million customers with mobile phone or mobile internet contract and 4 million customers with a DSL / VDSL connection. The offshore testing of CDI2 service involves complete UAT, Regression, and E2E testing of all the Vodafone Germany telecom verticals
CDI2 is a service with billed expenses of worth € 40 Million, from offshore we are providing a huge cost advantage by running the same service at € 8 Million with 20% onshore presence.

As delivery manager for the CDI2 UAT team, my responsibility from the transition perspective is to provide input and review of all the transition deliverables and approving the same from the delivery end
CDI2, is a Smart Transition Project (i.e. Germany -> Offshore Vendor -> VISPL Offshore Team)
Create and secure approvals for Transfer Back Plan from all the stakeholders Prepare benefit case for the entire transition cost and benefit estimation after the service
is transitioned successfully to the offshore VISPL team Involved in providing technical inputs on the technology, hardware and infrastructure
