• Beforethetest,theUserwillfilloutconsentformandquestionnaire.• Userwillcompletetask1(designedtotestnavigation).• Userwillcompletetask2(designedtotestcontainerorderfunctionality).• Afterthetest,Userwillanswerpost-testinterview.

Beforethetest:Completiontime:5minutesTheUserwillcompleteademographicquestionnairedesignedtogetbasicinformationsuchasage,sex,profession,etc.Task1:NavigationandunderstandingCompletiontime:15minutes1.1 Checkthehistorytoseethelasttimeyou’veorderedacontainer.1.2 Acontainerhasnotbeenorderedinawhile,soyouwanttoorderacontainer.The
