GLOBAL PERSPECTIVES IN LEADERSHIP RESEARCH ROUNDTABLE
CALL FOR PAPERS SUBMISSION DEADLINE: APRIL 1, 2013
The Global Perspectives in Leadership Research Roundtable provides a forum for scholars,
researchers and practitioners to share their work and insights on the ever increasing field of
global leadership. Whether globalization and cross-cultural Christian engagement is considered
good or bad, evidence pointing to the inevitability of such engagements is all around us. Clearly,
the time has come to shift our discussions and questions from “if we should engage cross-
culturally” to “how we should engage cross-culturally.” Global leadership is complex, as are the
issues that need to be addressed from a global, multicultural, as well as Biblical perspective.
The roundtable’s aim is to provide an opportunity to engage deeply and from a global
perspective with important issues, including, but certainly not limited to topics such as:
leadership ethics, morality, workforce development, gender perspectives, leadership
development, worldview and leadership. The possibilities are nothing but inspirational in our
current era of global connectedness. The Global Perspectives in Leadership Research
Roundtable welcomes the following submissions:
