OBJECTIVE
PRODUCTION ENGINEER. INTEREST IN UNIT OPTIMIZATION FOR IMPROVING
EFFICIENCY AND MONITORING PROCESSES FOR IMPROVEMENTS. ALSO CAN BE
ASSIST TO INNOVATE THE EXISTING PROCESS, INSTALL NEW EQUIPMENT OR
MATERIAL AND DO FOR MAINTAINANCE IN IMPROVING UNIT YIELDS AND PRODUCT
QUALITY.
WILLING TO LEARN, OPTIMISTIC, MULTI-TASKING, FOCUS,
ADAPTABLE, ORGANIZER PERSON, PROBLEM SOLVER THINKER
Responsibility and Experience as Research Assistant :
1) Independently conducts analyses and interprets results, with direction on more
complicated analyses on instruments results such as GC-FID, GC-MSD, FTIR, BET,
UV-Vis and Gas Reactor.
2) Perform scientific work requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and
criteria in carrying out a sequence of related scientific tasks.
3) Learn analytical techniques and apply learning to standardized methods.
4) Apply basic scientific knowledge to solve simple process problems.
5) Learn and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing
Practices (GMPs).
6) Troubleshoot, and make adjustments to laboratory equipment consisting of small
scale reactors. 8)
7) Prepare documentation in accordance with SOPs.
8) Document scientific procedures and results in lab notebooks, or other designated
forms and prepare scientific reports with guidance from an experienced team
member.
9) Optimize synthetic routes, scale up & scale down synthesis material or processes.
10) Review other team member’s data for simple tests.
11) Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting
methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to complex problems.
12) Performs routine scientific work without instruction and receives general instructions
on new assignments from an experienced team member.
13) Deal with vendor in buying process such as high purity nitrogen, hydrogen, air,
helium, carbon dioxide from supplier (Mega Mount).
14) Other duties as assigned.
