Remedy 2Lemon hot compress to soothe sore throat discomfort Preparelemonslices,hotwater,onesmallandmediumsizedtoweleach.

Soaklemonslicesinhotwaterfor5minutes.Wetafacetowelinthehotlemonwater,wringoutwaterthoroughlyandwraparoundthroatareawiththetowel.Makesurethetemperatureishotbutnottoohotitburnstheskin.Keepitwarmbycoveringwithanothermediumsizedtowel.

Youmayalsoaddafewdropsofeucalyptusessentialoilintothehotwater.Eucalyptusessentialoilisverygoodforrelievingnasalcongestionandbreakingdownthickmucus.

ColicColic usually occurs in babies below 3-month old. It makes baby cries or displays symptoms of distress for no other apparent reasons, usually in the evening. It is less common in breastfed babies.

There are a few causes of diarrhoea in babies, including change of diet, food allergy, medication or infections due to poor hygiene or teething. Some useful tips to manage baby’s diarrhoea:• Make sure baby drinks plenty

Eczema Eczema is often found as red and scaly patches on baby’s cheeks, joint of arms and legs. It is an immune system reaction which could be triggered by irritants such as chemicals in soap, cream, detergent, or allergens in baby’s diet such as cow milk protein, eggs, and citrus fruits. The condition can be worsened by stress, heat and sweat.
