A business thatstarted off on a small scale as amere necessity turned into a pas-sion and has today become a su-per success, becoming an inspira-tion for many.

In 1989, at the young age of just19, Sethi set up Noshe Oceanic asan advertisement collection agencyin Daryaganj, New Delhi for theIndian Express Group. This was hisfirst entrepreneurial step. NosheOceanic is the pioneer in retail ad-vertising. In earlier times, therewasn't much advertising in the re-tail sector. Sethi soon picked up afew accounts and then the journeyjust went on towards success.

Sethi's continued focus on retailled him to become the most suc-cessful advertising agency in thesegment. He shares, "When westarted, it was a one man army. Ipicked up my first account of asmall little store New WaysDepartment in Chandni Chowk.Then the client list just kept gettingbigger." The focus on retail did notchange in the first 15 years.However, today the company hasmore than 140 clients in retail. Itrepresents almost every retail storein North India and also some inSouth India. As the company grew,so did the client list in various othersectors beyond retail, including realestate. So, from mom and pop storesto SMEs to some Fortune 500 com-panies, Noshe managed to expandin every way possible. It also took itsclients to a more organised platform.

His plush office in Noida is an exqui-site place and they are proud to beIndia's first advertising agency to have

an in-houseproductionhouse. "Wehave every-thing in-house, we cre-ated the entirefacility here sothat there is abackward in-tegration anda 360 degreeoffering in thereal sense,"he says.

over 90 million square feet under construction. The lead-ers and skilled professionals of the company haveworked towards launching out-of-the-league projects totake real estate sector to the next level. Supertech pio-neered the concept of mixed-use land development inIndia and to come up with high rise constructions inNorth India.

Backthen, it was always Mumbai whichwas the hub of films and television.No one even imagined that thesetwo mediums could ever come toNorth India. Marwah brought in akind of revolution by establishingFilm City here. Now, it is the hub ofthe media and entertainment indus-try. In 1988, Marwah Studio was bornand after that there was no lookingback. He started his journey withDoordarshan commissioned serialsand a few ads. In a span of 25 years,Marwah has churned out 4500 tele-vision programs,150 feature filmsand 5000 training films and 12000media professionals. Marwah Studiohas turned into the 'maternity hospi-tal' for all the channels in India.
