Leverage everything, big data, cheap sensors, and track it all: blood sugar, sleep, diet, mood, fitness, stress... you name it. Embody that experiment: iphone app, web, physical device, process, game.

Engage, inform, empower, play, social, viral, game like.

Pros: an engaging touch point

Cons: bias, 14% of baby boomers have an iphone, 36% of x gen have one, but we’re all trending positive

if you want engagement, you need apps
