• Off the shelf solutions can be easy to implement

CONS:

• Custom development takes 1.4 years on average

• Mobile accessibility fraught with problems and

security issues

their mobile phones.

• Originally created for desktop therefore mobile

challenge exist

78.4% of respondents say they either can’t, don’t know how or find

accessing their social collaboration tool from their mobile device

difficult.
