• A list of current National Account customers will be available at www.nationalease.com in the members only section.
• NationaLease members should check the website daily as changes can happen at any time.
• NationaLease will obtain and track National Rental Account Customers’ insurance certificates (meeting standard insurance requirements stated Section VIII in the National Account Rental Agreement). Certificates will also be available to members at www.nationalease.com
National Account Rental Insurance Requirements
1. An additional insured endorsement will have the
following wording:
“It is understood and agreed that NationaLease and all
its Member-Owners, 2651 Warrenville Road, Downers
Grove, IL 60515 are named Additional Insureds and
Loss Payees for any autos including all owned, rented,
leased, extras, or substitutes, as their interest may
appear in the above policy”.

2. Cancellation Notice - NationaLease requires 30 days
written notice of termination of coverage, reduction of
coverage, or material change in the coverage under the
above policies.

3. NationaLease has the following minimum policy
limits and coverages (unless higher limits are
required because of the nature of cargo hauled by
the vehicle).

Renting the Vehicle
• We will provide a current listing of participating members to National Account Rental customers.
• When you receive a call from a National Account Rental Customer:
Check the website to make sure they are a current NA customer. If they are not on the website, they do not qualify for the rental program.
Check insurance requirements to determine whether or not they require point of sale insurance of if they have a current insurance certificate.
Renting the Vehicle
• National Account Rental Customers will be required to sign a Members’ Rental Agreement. Verbiage in the National Account Rental Agreement states in Section XVIII. This covers the Member by stating:
XVIII. CONFLICT WITH MEMBER-OWNER RENTAL
AGREEMENT
Customer recognizes that in the completion of a rental
transaction that it will be required to execute the rental
agreement of an individual Member-Owner “Member-Owner
Agreement”, which will also apply to the rental transaction. All
aspects of the Member-Owner Agreement shall apply to each
rental transaction, except to the extent the Member-Owner
Agreement conflicts with this Agreement. In event of a conflict
between the Member-Owner Agreement and this Agreement,
this Agreement shall prevail and its terms shall apply.
FAQ
Q:What about Fuel Tax Reporting?
A:NationaLease covers Fuel Tax Reporting in Section III in the
National Account Rental Agreement that will be executed
between the National Account Rental Customer and
NationaLease. This covers the member by stating:
III. FUEL AND FUEL TAX REPORTING
A. Customer is responsible for determining that adequate and appropriate fuel has been
obtained for the intended operation of the Vehicles and refrigeration units.
B. FUEL: NationaLease will provide fuel for Vehicles from its own or other designated
facilities, as available. The charge for fuel will vary over time and be billed to Customer
in addition to the other charges. If Customer purchases fuel from sources other than
NationaLease, Customer will be responsible for the charges for all such fuel.
C. FUEL TAX PERMITTING AND REPORTING: Customer will provide NationaLease
with trip reports, state required fuel tickets, turnpike receipts, temporary permits
and any other documentation required for the filing of fuel and third structure tax
returns. Failure to provide required documentation will result in a charge for each
mile/kilometer unreported.

• Members charge rental customer current published premiums, plus $6
administrative fee
Allen Insurance Program for
National Account Rental Customers
• Program costs nothing for members. Premiums are paid by the rental client.
• The program requires no underwriting, no motor vehicle reports or paperwork
and allows you to bind coverage in real time on the internet. All of your units
and rental clients are stored in the system for easy retrieval once they have
been entered in the system. You can even upload all of your units from a
spreadsheet at one time. Binders can be placed in a couple of minutes.
• Acord Certificates of Insurance are automatically generated by the online
system and are provided to your customers on demand. Liability cards are
also available in the online system so they can be provided at the time the unit
is picked up.
• Premiums are based on a daily rate. There are no down payments or
complicated calculations to perform. The online system automatically
calculates the daily premium for you to review prior to placing insurance.

• Payments are made once a month. A monthly report is available in the online
system which provides all the detail of every transaction. Members have until
the10th of the month following the month of the report to make sure all of the
leases are closed out and to make payment.
• The online system allows you to delete a binder within 30 minutes if you make
a mistake. After 30 minutes has elapsed, members can call our agency and
we can delete the binder at any time.
• $1,000,000 Liability insurance is provided along with Physical Damage
insurance. The Physical Damage includes both collision and comprehensive
coverage with a $1,000 deductible.
• Gap coverage is not required since the policy will pay you your “Book Value” in
the event of a total constructive loss. This one coverage makes the program
superior to what your customer is providing you now. Your customer will no
longer be responsible for the difference between “Actual Cash Value” and your
Book Value.

• Wesco Insurance Company is the insurance carrier on both the Liability and
Physical Damage. Wesco is rated A by Bests Guide.
• NationaLease members have been provided with a toll free dedicated phone
number for priority treatment by the claims department. The number and a
claims kit are available in the online system so that it is readily available to you
and all of your locations when needed. The claims department is available
24/7 to serve you.
• The system has several layers of security available. We can assign any user
to a specific location or a list of locations you may designate. Units for lease
are separated by location also. Users can move between locations with the
click of a mouse if they have been assigned to multiple locations.
