ABOUT THE CONFERENCEThe Companies Bill 2015 signals the most far-reaching and fundamental changes to Malaysian company law since 1965. Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (Companies Commission of Malaysia) (SSM) is a statutory body which regulates companies and businesses in Malaysia pursuant to the Companies Commission of Malaysia Act 2001. SSM is an agency under the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism (KPDNKK).
