AWARD, WAIVER AND RE-JECTION OF PROPOSALS:

The written proposal docu-ments supersede any verbal or written prior communica-tions between the parties and Proposals are legal and bind-ing upon the proposer when submitted. All portions of the Proposal Form must be com-pleted in full. No Proposer may withdraw a Proposal within ninety (90) days after the date of opening. The con-tract will be awarded pursu-ant to the requirements of applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
