Meetings Conventions & Expositions
Meetings are conferences, workshops, seminars, or other events designed to bring people together for the purpose of exchanging information.
Types of Meetings
Clinic: learning by doing in small groups Forum: an assembly for a discussions Seminar: up to 30-40 persons, guided by a leader, involves lecture and dialogue Symposium: discussing a particular subject by experts Workshop: a small group led by a facilitator or trainer
The purpose of a meeting is to affect behavior. As a result of attending a meeting a person should know or be able to do certain
things.

The largest type of meetings, they can even include a form of exhibit or trade show, workshops, meetings, receptions, meals etc.

On-site activities: pre-event briefieng, prepare executive plan, trobleshooting, approve invoices

the tenant, gathers people from all the departments in a working team for each event
