Brian Dresher is based out of the D.C. area. In this role, Brian identifies and manages traffic-driving, revenue-generat-
ing, and brand-building partnerships and opportunities. Brian brings with him several years experience in the media
industry, most recently at USATODAY.com, where he managed social media strategy and formed partnerships with
major brands such as Yahoo, Forbes, and Nasdaq; and niche brands such as Fark, Gowalla, and even Mashable! Brian
has spoken at several events on social media, content distribution, and partnerships including SXSW, Social Fresh,
TWTRCON, and 140conf, and was a regular contributor to USA TODAYs The Social Blog. Brian is a graduate of The
George Washington University where he earned his MBA and was named Graduate Marketing Student of the Year, and
a graduate of UC San Diego where he earned his B.A. in economics.

Jonathan is responsible for the overall development of Spotify's European business, managing Spotify's workforce
across seven countries.
His days are divided between supporting operations internally and spending as much time as possible with partnersand clients. In addition, Jonathan leads the strategy and development of advertising sales at Spotify.
Before joining Spotify, Jonathan spent eight years at digital marketing solutions company Valueclick in a series of
management roles. There, he had a particular emphasis on bringing innovative media products to European markets
and managing periods of hyper growth in digital businesses. His final role at ValueClick of European development
director tasked him with extending ValueClick's geographical footprint.

Ania Jakubowski is the Business Capability Director at Coca Cola. Previously she was Group Commercial Marketing
Director for Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company.
Previously, she enjoyed a 20 year international career with Procter & Gamble, spanning North America, Eastern, Central
and Western Europe; in sales, marketing, operational & market development roles, strategy and capability building
roles.Born and raised in Canada, she graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University (Ontario) with Honors, in a Bachelor of
Business Administration. She is a dual passport holder, with her native roots stemming from Poland. She has lived a
great deal of her professional career abroad; residing in Poland, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and now Greece. Her
appetite for exploring the world perhaps stems from a somewhat international upbringing having spent her formative
years having grown up in India, before returning to Canada. After completing her studies in Canada and before embark-
ing on her professional career, she enjoyed brief and engaging experiences studying Russian at Moscow State Univer-
sity and teaching English in the Czech Republic.

Riccardo started his career selling new cars for Lexus in South Africa, having moved to the UK in 2009 he began
working at one of the largest word of mouth agencies in the world, 1000heads. There he was responsible for helping
create, shape and execute numerous campaigns on Nokias behalf, including the award winning Tron Legacy Nokia
takeover. Riccardo then moved to Nokias global social media team in 2012 and is now responsible for communicating
their social ambitions across the business and ensuring everyone is aligned internally before Nokia take their ideas and
messages to the consumer.

Fiona is part of BTs Retail division which covers telephone, Broadband and TV services in the UK. She is responsible

Karim Mokhnachi has had over 20 years experience within the IT Industry. He joined Oracle in 2004 and has been
responsible the formulation and overall execution of the marketing plan for the entire Oracle Stack including Technolo-
gy, Middleware and Applications in East & Central Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Mr Mokhnachi has worked hand in hand with Sales at multiple levels in order to formulate and deliver strong demand
generation activities, with a proven ROI record. He is often approached for public and market opinions by the press andanalysts. Part of Karims extensive portfolio is managing an international marketing team spread cross-continentally,
and ensuring that they deliver against highly measurable KPIs.
In the past Mr Mokhnachi has gained experience working for a range of multi-national companies including Microsoft

Anca Westley is the Marketing Director for Masdar in the United Arab Emirates. Masdar, literally, Source City, is
an arcology project in Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates. Its core is a planned city, which is being built byMasdar,
a subsidiary of Mubadala Development Company, with the majority of seed capital provided by the government of Abu
Dhabi. Designed by the British architectural firm Foster and Partners and engineering and environmental consultancy
Mott MacDonald, the city will rely entirely on solar energy and other renewable energy sources, with a zero waste
ecology. It initially aimed to be a sustainable zero-carbon car free city. Masdar City is being constructed 17 kilometres
(11 mi) east-south-east of the city of Abu Dhabi, beside Abu Dhabi International Airport.
