Leaders: Create a vision• Creating a vision is a way

to increase leaders influence by generating enthusiasm and leads to increased engagement in hospital nurses

• Shared vision generates positive sense of challenge and optimism both correlated with success (Hayati et al 2014)

Along with vision, female leaders in health also have a drive to fulfill their vision and inspire others to fulfill the vision too(Folta et al 2012)

• Communication and collaboration is crucial to successful implementation of telehealth and eHealth innovation (Singh et al 2010, Wu et al 2014)
