PURPOSE

There are 10 want ads for managers/leaders around the plenary.
Go read them all and identify the ones you relate more to.
The ads (10 minutes)

¤ Form subgroups of up to 15 people around the advertisement you are most attracted to. If your top one is full, move to your second favorite ad!
¤ Each group splits into subgroups of 5 people max. and as diverse as possible.

Expand and clarify your advertisements, listing both the management and leadership characteristics you believe the applicant must have considering what your LCs truly need from Team Leaders. Your task

¤ Each subgroup places the post-its of required and desired attributes around the main add.
¤ Together with members of all other subgroups, cluster and create a final output of max 5 attributes in each list.
