Almost all teachers find their job satisfying in terms of self-realization. All teachers characterize their relations with their colleagues as
helpful/constructive and cooperative. Classroom hours average allow to get to know their pupils well. Teachers would like to involve their pupils in activities other than
those related to the subject they teach. Families are average sufficiently involved in their pupils’ school life
and education. Teachers have met their pupils’ family members – parents a lot, but
grandparents – a little or at all. School proposes a lot opportunities to increase pupils’ families’
participation in school life, but families use it a little. Teachers fail to understand their pupils because of a generation gap
a little. Teachers are creative and innovative in their teaching practices.
Conclusions
Teachers average handle with ease IT tools and modern means of communication.
Teachers get a lot enough opportunities to benefit from other teachers’ experience and good practices.
Teaching practices are average efficient in preparing their pupils to confront the demands of modern society.
Creativity is frustrated a lot by rules or bureaucracy in their job. Teachers receive enough trust and support by school
administration and school system. Teachers fail a little to build bridge with students’ families. Teachers’ professionalism is a little recognized also in
economic terms. Teachers’ professionalism is average and a little
recognized by their community context.
Conclusions
