(English translation of the Bengali Poem

'Fulorani' is given below

Lady of My Love

Subhendu Datta

The Lady of my love

Is like a Queen of flowers

Plays in the garden of flowers,

The spring has arrived and

Honey bees are roaming

Around the garden.

She is cute

Soft spoken and simple

Rainbow dances on her Careless long

Beautiful dark hairs.

She looks in her dreamy eyes

Very naughty

Naughty ideas always whirl on her head,

Enters into the mind of others at ease

But left them as it was.

She enjoys the freedom

Like a bracing deer Sings and dances

With the heartbeat of others

All through the winter

and summer.

There is no end of her

Trademark waterfall laugh,

She is pure like a flower

So, I love her

And I love her...)
