Client also provides tailored recruitment, including temporary and contract staff, outsourcing, permanent recruitment, interim management and executive search. BUSINESS SITUATION
Client vision was to build a web portal for UK and Russian market that would allow employers to post jobs and allow candidates searching for a job to apply for it. The application was required to have following features:-

Algoworks proposed a scalable Kentico CMS based Microsoft Technology solution with SQL server at the backend to support all the required functionality and fast development with easy maintenance for future. Central of the application is Kentico, content management system. Using Kentico provided necessary content, language, role and user management features out of the box with some customization needs. We customized Kentico to support various other features as desired by the customer. Search feature was developed using SQL server’s inherent Full Text Search capabilities. BENEFITS
