8. Panel evaluated each applicant based on merit and previous experience9. Most common rank was chosen for head trainer10. Reference check11. Offer of job12. Call those who didn’t receive the job13. Final candidate chosen and welcomed to WIT

success in this field?• What is the most rewarding part of your job?• How do you feel about the type of schedule you would be
working? (long days, weekends)
